14133 Woodhurst Lane | Mint Hill, NC

This brand-new custom home in Mint Hill is a great example of how thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and careful attention to detail come together to create a home built for the way a family actually lives.

Built by Turner Family Construction on a spacious half-acre corner lot, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home was designed from the ground up with both function and character in mind and to take full advantage of the lot layout. From the covered front porch to the open-concept living spaces, every part of the home was carefully considered during the building process.

The main level features 9-foot ceilings and wide-plank flooring that create an open, welcoming feel. At the center of the home is a custom kitchen with quartz countertops, a tiled backsplash, stainless steel appliances, a large island, and a generous walk-in pantry.

Practical details—including a dedicated laundry room and drop zone at the garage entry—were incorporated to make everyday life easier.

Upstairs, the design continues with a flexible landing space that can serve as a home office, reading area, or playroom. The primary suite was created as a private retreat, with a spacious walk-in closet and a beautifully finished bathroom featuring a dual vanity and a large glass-enclosed tiled shower.

The secondary bedrooms offer generous space and walk-in closets, giving the home plenty of room to grow.

For Turner Family Construction , building a home is about more than putting together walls, floors, and finishes. It’s about listening to what a homeowner needs, making smart decisions throughout the construction process, and creating a finished home that feels like it was designed specifically for the people who will live there.

Thinking about building a home of your own? This Mint Hill project is just one example of what’s possible when thoughtful design and experienced craftsmanship come together.
