Turner Family Construction managed the complete construction of a custom-designed tiny home, overseeing every phase from groundbreaking to final touches while coordinating with city officials for permits, managing contractors, and maintaining clear communication with the owner.
The result is a beautifully finished, highly functional tiny home that has exceeded the owner's expectations.

"Josh was a lifetime best choice for the builder of my tiny home. He was a pleasure to be around and work with from beginning to end. Too numerous to name here, I’ll touch on a few of his many strengths.
Project management: From beginning to end, I felt Josh had a firm grasp on the project. So much so that I could relax (as much as one can with a construction zone in their backyard). He was able to give me an estimate for time, materials, contractors’ prices, and his GC fee at the very beginning. As projects go, some of the parameters changed, but through it all, Josh endeavored to keep the estimate within the original scope. We achieved that goal as well as his time estimate. There was rarely a quiet day at the site, so tightly scheduled were the contractors (in a good way). In other words, Josh kept the project on budget and met the deadline. My understanding is that this is a feat on par with super hero status. And this statement would make Josh embarrassed as he is one of the humblest people I’ve known.
Communication: Throughout the build, Josh kept me updated with who would be on site and the tasks at hand. He provided a schedule in the beginning but as the project proceeded that schedule flexed. The build itself was scheduled for a four-month timeframe and he stuck to that. Amazing.
The contractors: Josh has cherry picked excellent people to support his projects. Everyone he hired did great work for competitive prices. Not only were the folks excellent at what they did, they worked well with me and patiently answered my questions (when I had them). Mostly Josh would anticipate and communicate but occasionally technical and specific areas would come to light. The contractors were also a pleasure to have around.
Pricing: Josh passed along what his contractors charged him and did not add any additional fee. He had his own fee as a General Contractor. I found this clarity to be trust inspiring. Josh has an extremely high business acumen with integrity and honesty being chief among his values. This allowed the project to progress smoothly. I knew what to expect and when (contractor and cost-wise). I achieved more than I thought I could because I trusted Josh. And he was always there, throughout.
Anyone who works with Josh will count themselves as fortunate. The world needs more like him."
