Attached Garage & Screened in Porch Addition

This project involved constructing a new attached garage and adding a screened-in porch to an existing home, enhancing both its functionality and appeal. We also rearranged the existing laundry room, powder room, and utility closet to create a much more naturally-flowing and useful space.

The garage was designed to match the architectural style of the house, ensuring a seamless blend that looks as if it was always part of the original design.

The screened-in porch creates a perfect indoor-outdoor space, providing a comfortable area to relax while keeping the bugs out.
