For this project, we transformed an existing porch into heated living space, designed to serve as a functional commercial kitchen prep room.

To ensure the addition blended seamlessly with the existing building, we matched the exterior siding, maintaining a cohesive and unified look.

Inside, the space was carefully framed out, insulated, and finished, with large windows installed to bring in natural light and provide a bright, airy atmosphere.

We managed every phase of the conversion, from securing the necessary permits to coordinating with external trades for specialized tasks like plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, ensuring the kitchen was built to meet commercial standards and regulations.

The result is a fully integrated, professional-grade space ready for business.
